All flower arrangements and paper gifts are handcrafted and made to order, just for you.
Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders, including wedding bouquets, giant flowers, and personalized decor.
For cardstock flower creations and certain ready-to-sell items, returns and refunds may be available at our discretion IF the item is undamaged and in original condition.
If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve it.
Typical turnaround: 2–4 weeks. If you have a deadline, mention it when ordering.
All products are packed for safe shipping. If anything is damaged, contact us right away with photos.

Payment is handled securely through trusted platforms (e.g. e-transfer, PayPal, or your chosen method)—we do not store your financial details.
All messages and photos sent to us remain private unless you give permission to share (ex: if you want us to feature your custom order in our gallery).
