Every order is custom-made—ready to ship in 2–4 weeks. Larger order may require a longer production time.
We pack each piece carefully so it arrives safe and beautiful.
We ship across Canada (and internationally by request). Rates depend on order size/location.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking info by email.

Return & Exchange Policy
Custom creations (floral arrangements, wedding bouquets, personalized decor) are final sale—no returns or refunds except for cardstock items.
For cardstock flower creations and certain ready-to-sell items: you may request a return within 7 days of delivery if undamaged and in original condition.
If something is damaged in shipping, contact us with photos within 48 hours
and we’ll do our best to help.
